Social sustainability

We see long termrelationships as the basis for a sustainable society. We want the children and young people in our districts to be able to dream about the future and have choices and opportunities in their lives.

At Stena Fastigheter, we want everyone who lives and works in our buildings to thrive and feel safe. We want the children and young people in Stena Fastigheter’s districts to enjoy good conditions in life and be able to have fun in their spare time. That is why we work with Relationship Management. Relationship Management is our own method and way of working with social sustainability, and it is this principle that guides us in our daily work.

An important part of our work is cooperating closely with  people who live and work in our buildings. If, we are planning to develop a new building or renovate an existing property, we welcome  your opinion an want to know what you think. Through good dialogue, and using your knowledge and practical experience, we aim to create good conditions for pleasant and secure urban districts.

We see long termrelationships as the basis for a sustainable society. When Stena Fastigheter develops socially sustainable cities and towns, we co-operate closely with other important stakeholders. We work in cooperation with other parties such as property owners, local government, schools and other organisations in the local area. Our districts are part of something greater – and everything that is good for the area is also good for us and the cities where we operate.

We want the children and young people in our districts to be able to dream about the future and have choices and opportunities in their lives. Being able to complete one’s school education, get a first summer job and take part in meaningful activities after school are all important building blocks for our young people to be able to realise their dreams. That is why we work long-term with various activities and measures within the education system, the labour market and out in society, and we do so in close cooperation with other parties such as clubs and associations, schools and authorities.
